The Trinity phenotype is a hybrid that combines three renowned lineages: Penis Envy, Aztec God, and Tidal Wave. This unique genetic mix produces a strain with remarkable potency potential, distinctive cap coloration, and strong flush performance.

Caps typically measure 3–6 cm in diameter, starting convex and maturing to broadly convex or nearly planar. They display a warm golden-brown center that fades to lighter edges, with some specimens showing subtle waviness or rippling toward maturity. Stems are tall, thick, and fibrous, often 10–18 cm in height, with dense white mycelium frequently climbing partway up from the substrate. Gills are dark and closely spaced, transitioning from pale to deep purplish-brown as spores mature.
