We ship orders using UPS shipping for the most reliable service with real time tracking updates. Orders will be shipped on the same day if your order is paid for before ~12PM EST, Monday – Friday. If your order is paid for after 12PM EST or otherwise after our shipping cut off for the day, it will ship the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

We provide a 30-day quality, cleanliness, and delivery guarantee on all unused spore and culture products. We guarantee the sterility and viability of all items made by us. We guarantee shipping will happen the same day or the next working day after purchase. We guarantee your order will be delivered to you.

We manufacture all of our products in an ISO 7 cleanroom. We are not resellers of other peoples products or genetics. Your products will be fresh and viable. We take great care to provide excellent products to you, and this is our full time jobs that we do at least 5 days a week.

If you have an issue at any point from purchase to delivery or any problem with your product that is unsatisfactory please contact [email protected], or via phone or text at 540-960-3193 within 30 days of delivery. Please keep products in their original packaging until we respond, if they have not been opened.

We will promptly send replacements when needed, free of charge.
