You may store a liquid culture syringe either at room temperature, or in a refrigerator. Do not freeze liquid culture. 

Yes. We have developed a reliable method of manufacturing liquid culture syringes that are very full or completely full of mycelium. It works with any species of mushroom.

If you are not satisfied with the amount of mycelium in your items, we will replace them free of charge.

Orders can arrive starting from the next business day to 5-7 days later depending on what the customer chooses at checkout. We offer multiple shipping options with multiple carriers.

We do ship edible and gourmet mushroom cultures to Georgia, Florida, Idaho and California.

We ship our products in white poly mailers—durable plastic envelopes with bubble padding inside. Unlike paper bubble mailers that can tear, poly mailers provide superior protection to ensure your order arrives safely and discreetly. While they cost more, we consider them an investment in our customers’ peace of mind.

No mention or indication of the contents inside of the package will be displayed on the on the shipping label or the package itself. We make sure that your orders are discreet. We believe strongly in the right to personal privacy.

The same or next business day, Monday – Friday. If you order Friday afternoon through Sunday your order will ship the following business day.

We retain order information until we file our business taxes, which is every three months. Then, we will schedule deletion of order history. We are in the business of selling spores, not gathering personal information from our customers.

If you communicate with us, such as via email, telegram, or any other messaging service, we do not store your conversations. We delete these regularly. Emails are deleted from our server automatically once a week. We delete telegram conversations as soon as they are finished.
